Can i put oxygen bleach powder in the Roof Cleaner Applicator and set the ratio accordingly?

We do not recommend this as we are afraid the granules could clog the DEFY Roof Cleaner Applicator. We recommend using a garden sprayer or simply mixing the cleaner in an open bucket and using a long handled brush to apply.
