What if you have a Return?

Any unopened item can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Opened items generally cannot be returned unless they remain in new and sellable condition. You may be accessed a 10% restocking fee. You may be responsible for return transportation charges.

When we will provide a Replacement

We will provide you with a replacement of the item when there is;

1.   A Packing Error and you notify us within 15 days of receipt.
2.  Parcel or Product damage and you notify us within 15 days of receipt.

I'm ready to return what now?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before merchandise is returned to our facility. Our merchandise may need returned to us directly or an associated warehouse with a different address. Therefore it is extremely important that you contact us prior to sending your return. To obtain an RMA please telephone us at (513) 245-2420 - or - send us an email with the request. Please note that an issued RMA is good for 30 days from issue. Merchandise must be returned within this period.

What happens when I return merchandise without using a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number?

If you return merchandise to us without first obtaining an RMA you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. It is extremely important that you contact us to receive authorization prior to submitting any item for return. The RMA allows us to route your parcel properly, identify the reason for return, and determine how to disburse your credit. Any unauthorized return (i.e. those without an RMA assigned) will be discarded and/or site destroyed.
