Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on a FLAT RATE AMOUNT.  The shipping rate is fixed at $0.00 for any order with a subtotal greater than $0.01. However, we would appreciate it if you would consider a minimum order amount of $10.00 or higher before submitting it for processing. During checkout, additional shipping options and rates may be displayed that could result in a calculated cost greater than the standard $0.00 rate.

We endeavor to ship orders placed on a business day before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, on the same day. However, this commitment may not be fulfilled for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If it is crucial that your order is shipped right away, please contact us with your order number, and we will prioritize it. Our top priority is to serve you - our valued customer!

Orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail Parcel, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground (and UPS Ground for direct shipped items).  Items designated USPS First Class Mail Parcel or USPS Priority Mail will ship by that method only when allowable under Department of Transportation guidelines.  In instances where an item cannot ship by these means we reserve the right to substitute FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground at the quoted price.

UPS, FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground are interchangeable within our system.  For (non eligible) shipments items will ship by best possible means.

We ship solely to locations within the Contiguous US which represents the following states: (AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY).  For US addresses who have both a PO Box and Physical address you should specify both address on your order. 

AK & HI:  Depending on the product combination you select, we might be able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii on a restricted basis. However, this shipping destination may take up to twenty-one days for delivery and is not accessible via our online store. If you wish to place an order for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, kindly use the "Contact Us" link on our website beforehand.

We do not provide shipping to Canada or any other country/entity, and we do not offer any alternative shipment methods.

All special shipping offers, promotions, or discounts on shipping rates are exclusively applicable to orders shipped within the Continental US. Orders shipped to locations outside this specified boundary are not qualified for any promotional incentives and are excluded from such offers.

If you choose to return a package for any non-mandatory reasons, you will be held responsible for all return shipping expenses to our facility if you wish to return the item. In case you refuse delivery or pickup of a package for non-mandatory reasons, such as unavailability to sign or receive the delivery, any refund issued to you will be reduced by the initial shipping charges we paid, irrespective of whether you received free shipping or not.

Order Submission

Once your order is placed in our system you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided. A shipping confirmation e-mail will also be sent once an order has shipped.

It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate delivery information when placing an order online. In the event of a delay or loss of your package, we will collaborate with the shipping carrier to track your items. The carrier's investigation process may take up to 2 business days. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this period, we will re-ship the products to you.

Shipping Information

Our objective is to dispatch your merchandise to you as soon as possible. We make every effort to expedite the shipment of your items with the assistance of our reliable shipping partner. However, please note that orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are often not shipped until the following Monday. We are committed to providing you with prompt order processing, but there may be situations beyond our control that could cause a delay in delivery. These situations may include items being out of stock, problems with order entry, invalid payment methods or shipping choices, or difficulties with our warehouse, shipping, or service partners. If we are aware that an unusual delay may occur, we will use the information you provided during checkout to contact you. If we have questions that prevent us from processing your order, we will hold it for up to ten days to await your instructions. If we do not receive any instruction from you after ten days, we will cancel your order.

Order Changes

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed, canceled, or redirected. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel your order. Please note that most orders are shipped on the same day, so it is essential to contact us immediately if you wish to request changes. Please be aware that no cancellation or modification of your order is considered binding until we have communicated with you via verbal or electronic correspondence, indicating that we have received, acknowledged, and accepted your order cancellation or change request. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders placed with us at any time before shipping. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors and to cancel or refuse any order based on an incorrect price or description. If your order is canceled or changed, and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit promptly to your credit card account for the charge.

Taxes

We adhere to all relevant tax regulations in the regions where we operate. Each of the 50 US states has its own tax regulations, and taxes are charged based on the shipping address of your order. Furthermore, State Law mandates that tax be imposed on shipping for the following taxing jurisdictions: Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
