We were sealing a new-wood deck at 1 year so we had to get the best product out there. After extensive research we settled on Seal Once Nano Guard to get the natural look & durability we desired. The dry new wood absorbed the product instantly, with a very beautiful natural result. No shiny surface but an enriched wood color. We understand using the clear product would allow the wood color to age naturally & that was our goal. The product was easy to apply and once we got the hang of it the second coat (before the 1st one dried) was a breeze. We have already recommended it to my sister for her new deck & after seeing ours she is also sold on this product. The real proof will be a year from now but we are extremely happy with the immediate result. The attached pic shows obvious before/after result.
