This product is great! We covered a newly built cedar fence with it. The odor is easy to work with. The clean up is easier than all other stains/oils we used on the same types of fences. We hope to see more of this type product being produced. We look forward to seeing how the wood looks after this eastern Washington winter... the area this particular fence is, usually holds snow throughout the winter. Other stains we’ve used, seemed to hold well for up to five years. If we get that... we’ll be happy! For the record... we are not contractors... these are our own fences... and finally, we brush the product on... we do not use sprayers. Our only reason for a four star rating is the coverage... it covered about half the square footage it claims.
