This professional-grade formula penetrates deep into the grout and helps protect from water, stains and mold and mildew. Grout Sealer Plus contains Antimicrobial Protection which actively inhibits mold and mildew on the surface of the sealer film. Grout Sealer Plus is a water-based penetrating sealer that protects grout while still allowing water vapor to escape and grout to breathe. Advanced stain protection resists stains from oils, drinks and food spills and helps to keep dirt and grime on the surface for easier cleaning. Grout Sealer Plus is SCS Indoor Air Quality Indoor Advantage Gold certified, meeting the strictest standards for long-term VOC emissions. Easy, spray-on, wipe-off application.
