I have been using De-Solv-It for over 8 years as a daily household item for my laundry and kitchen. I ordered the De-Solv-It PLUS to see if there was any difference and I now buy this because it really works especially on my husband's greasy clothes from work after they had been already washed and dried. < p>
Discovered this product recently when the bright pink on the 12-oz. bottle caught my eye in the grocery store. The label claimed it would work on stains even out of the dryer and it was just under $4, so I grabbed it thinking WTF, God knows I've tried everything else on the market and we have some stains that just won't come out. If this actually works, this'll save a lot of money in new clothes, and if it doesn't, I'm only out $4. Figured it was worth the risk. Well my husband has been doing the laundry (because our laundry room is downstairs and stairs are an issue for me), and he had a polo shirt that had something (looked like food-grease stains) splattered all over the front of it. Nothing's worked to get all of that out and he thought he’d end up having to use it as a paint shirt. Well he sprayed this De-Solv-It Laundry Saver all over the shirt and the stains are all gone! Not only that, but he's sprayed the stuff over a number of other tops of both his and mine with VERY stubborn stains (mostly food-grease, I think - which I find is about the most difficult thing to get rid of) and they all came out. He came to me RAVING about the product, so I went searching online to see if I could find more of it more cheaply. The best buy I came across was here at dteps.com where it is sold by the gallon, and I bought two so I could get free shipping - and so we wouldn't run out of the stuff anytime soon. (And it arrived with a lovely thank-you card from the company!)
I have been using De-Solv-it products for over 10 years. I am a mechanic and this stuff helps with MOST stains. I used to use Dawn dish soap as stain remover, but this usually gets out stuff that Dawn didn't--even after several washing's.
This is undoubtedly the best spot remover I have ever used. I will never be without it again.
I have used this product for about 5 years and always purchase it by the gallon. It is expensive but less than half price in the largest size. Sure it isn’t perfect, but add a bottle of Dove dish soap to it yourself and their is very little you can not remove.
Best stain remover I have found. It even removes most old stains. Bought my first bottle at the grocery, then they stopped carrying it. Searched online to find. Amazon also had some with mixed reviews about it not being the true De-Solv. This is the actual De-Solv that I first tried. It is great!
This is the best stain remover on the market.. Bought a gallon so I could keep refilling mine, my daughter-in-law’s and my granddaughter's spray bottles.
Best product for removing all types of stains. Especially effective on oily or greasy stains.
This is really a laundry saver. Fantastic!
I've used this in the past but didn't like the strong smell. I had a shirt covered in old oil stains. I treated it and hand washed the shirt and hung it outside overnight. No smell and no spots! Now that I know to use it by hanging the garment outdoors for 12 hours or so I love it! This gets out stains and doesn't hurt the fabric. Just bought a gallon.
