DEFY Wood Cleaner 2 lb

Defy Wood Cleaner took our 11 month old pressure treated Pine Fence from dirty grey to clean. It does require a good amount of scrubbing but it was worth it.

Used on a deck with heavy caked on mold in a few areas. Required considerable scrubbing but the cleaner did attach the mold and allow removal. < p>

This cleaner did exactly what it was supposed to do. We had installed new boards last summer and just now had the time to wash and stain the deck. Some of the dirt spots needed a second treatment but the product worked very well.

A wonderful product, 16x20 deck that has been unprotected to weather for 4 years and only Thompson’s sealed once 3 1/2 years ago. I feel I could have pressure washed the deck w/o cleaner, but it made it ALOT Easier to clean and was able to clean and wood brighten in 6-8 hours with 2 people. I did follow directions.

For best results, mix exact amount in very warm water. Does not dissolve adequately in cold. Use scrub brush with long handle, brush it onto wet wood, allow it to soak in for about a minute, then scrub! Our old stain came off immediately. Used Defy brightener (allowed to dry for 2 days) and then Defy redwood stain. All products are wonderful - 5 star. Work as well as they say. Fully satisfied.

We haven't finished the entire process yet, however this cleaner did a fantastic job. You can see it work to get the glaze off treated wood and clean the mold. A little goes a long way.

Does an excellent job!

Purchased this product and was extremely impressed with the results. I used it on a redwood fence that was severely weathered and black grayish. It did and a superb job of cleaning it. I also followed up with the DEFY wood brightener and then stained it. The DTEP staff was extremely helpful. I ordered online and the products were shipped immediately.
