Applied product with ease on the day received. Brushed on two coats within a matter of minutes! Thicker material than anticipated but that is good. Brushed on easily and same for cleanup. Incidentally, your Customer Service is outstanding. Sometimes the little things are important.

I've used this product for several years and it is the best you can find for protecting chimney caps from the elements. Goes on thick, but brushable. If it gets too thick you can thin with water. It's now part of my annual maintenance program.

ChimneyRx Brushable Crown Repair went on as advertised. Very easy to apply, dried quickly allowing a second coat as recommended. Soap and water cleanup as advertised. The only unanswered question is will the product stand the test of time. I will be checking after the winter. The last product I applied to my chimney cap lasted about eight years, but was not as user friendly. Four stars for now.

You guys Rocked! I've already told many others how pleased I was with both you and your product. I ordered the Chimney RX around 1pm and arrived at my house the next day before 2pm with free shipping. I honestly was floored when it arrived. I can only speak to the application part of the product and it was a breeze to use. My Crown was in pretty bad shape, but saw a tip on the internet & utilized where I applied a first coat by hand (with Gloves) then smoothed over with a brush. A couple days later I brushed on another coat. We’ll see how the product lasts, but so far so good! Thanks again!!

The ChimneyRx Brushable Crown Repair coating is a great product. Easy to apply with fast drying time. Easy clean up and does the job to seal and protect your chimney crown from water intrusion! Glad I was able to purchase the gallon size which is all that is needed to repair one chimney with plenty left over.

This product if it lasts through a few winters will be great. Applying the product was easy. I will hold back on 5 stars until I see how it lasts.

Shipped fast, went on easy. One can covered my crown perfectly, with just a little to spare. Make sure you tape off edges as directed for a clean finish. Will wait and see how this works and holds up after several years. If it holds up then this is a great product.

I applied the crown repair to the crown of my chimney. The water leak on the chimney is now gone even after a strong rain in my area. The delivery of the items are quick.

Lid was hard to open, but I guess that's a good thing. The product was easy to apply and easy to smooth. Like a prior reviewer, I'll wait till I see how it lasts before giving 5 stars, but I like what I see so far.

I applied this product about 2 weeks ago. It seems to work as advertised. Coverage is good. The long-term performance will be the real test.
My flue liners were starting to crack, so I applied the stuff up the outsides and top edge of those as well as the crown. Not sure how that's going to work out.

I purchased this product due to the cracks in my chimney cap. I must say that it surprised me as to how thick the product was when opening the container, and how quickly it dried. I did caulk first a week before, and caulked again just before brushing on this product with a large brush. The product goes on nicely and I was pleasantly surprised that it fit my entire cap for a double chimney, with two coats. I'll be watching this winter to see if I notice any leaks anymore on the interior brick of my fireplace. There were many before I started this project.

This product had instructions that were easy to understand and follow. It was so simple to apply and cleanup was a cinch!

I used this on my chimney crown which was really rough. Now it looks really good. 1 gallon covered a large chimney crown with 2 coats and I still had 1/3 of the bucket left. Easy to apply. Dries quickly. Very easy soap and water clean up. Looks like new cement from the ground. I will have to wait to see how it weathers the winter.

My chimney crown was in poor shape. After some caulking and basic cement patching, l applied the crown paint as directed. Looks new and I'll keep monitoring. Easy to apply and clean up.

Went one easy and looks great. Time will tell how it holds up but it appears to be doing the job

I purchased this product to seal the crown of my rock chimney instead of Crown Seal or Crown Coat because ChimneyRX was considerably less expensive and it proved just as effective and easy to install. Within 30 minutes of starting the project I had cleaned the crown of the chimney and troweled the first coat on, let it dry for about 20 minutes and then applied a smooth, finishing top coat of ChimneyRx onto the Crown using a 4in paint brush. The chimney crown looks great now and appears impervious to weather and water. The only unanswered question regards the life expectancy I can expect from the product! But for the price I payed for a gallon of the product it seems a good value. It certainly was easy to use!

Went on well. Easy so spread. Applied multiple layers. No problems with cleanup. Very good for the beginner.

This stuff works wonderful! Very easy to apply with a brush, does not have a toxic odor like some other roofing products have, and is cleanable with just water! My chimney now looks wonderful and the elastomeric coating on it is superb. I'm sure I will not have to worry about it now for a long time or at least until I sell my home. Product was easy to apply and after several rainstorms it certainly works well. Highly recommended instead of replacing the masonry crown cap.
